What a week

Hey everyone, I have had one hell of a week. This week was finals week, so like usual, I studied my but off the weekend prior. And I'm talking, lock my self in my room and only come out for food study. So then comes finals. I was prepared. My hardest final I'd have to say was world history. I just have trouble understanding why I need to learn about events that happened 100's of years ago that happened through a bunch of dead guys. My best was probably AP Calc. Math has always been my thing, and is the only AP class I'm taking. Strangely, even if I got every single question right including the extra credit, I would have still gotten a lower grade because mine already was over 100%.

In drama, I had to do a monologue written and preformed by me. For those who don't know, a monologue is an extended speech given by one person that generally tells a story. When I get around to it I think I'll film and post it. Mine wasn't a traditional monologue, it was more of a duologue between myself. It met the requirements though and my drama teacher said it was fine. I had other classes but none had any other story to go with them.

So now onto this weekend. On Saturday, I had a big competition for a scholarship for the college I am going to next year. If I get the grand prize, it's $50,000 in tuition. If I don't get it, there's a next level up prize of $6,000. But just for competing, I get %3,000 in tuition and $4,000 for room and board. Just to make things clear, the big prizes are in addition to the $7,000 for just competing.

The competition consisted of an essay and group problem solving. Just because I don't want to get in any sort of trouble, that's all I can tell you. They might or might not care if I tell you the promotes and I might or might not get caught. Just being safe than sorry. That lasted about 2 hours. After that, they provided lunch. Chicken BLT, to bad I don't like chicken. So then I had a hot dog at the basket ball game. That was included, so I figured "why not, it's free." The basket ball game that is, hot dog combo I had was $6.

So that was my week. Glad it's over and now I can relax until Monday.

I think I can see into the future

Hey everyone. I've been sick the past couple of days with a bad cold, but that isn't the topic of this post. Last night, I dreamed I almost drank a suspicious glass of milk, and then today, I think I did the same exact thing. In my dream, the milk said it expired in 2013, and I dream in the present, it was super translucent, and had some chunks floating in it. This morning, I wanted some milk, and there was a glass of it in the fridge. When the milk is almost empty, my parents pour it into a cup, seal it, and put it in the fridge to save space. I drank it today, and it wasn't bad tasting or anything, but then later, I felt sick from it like when I've had bad milk in the past, but less severe.

This isn't the first time this has happened. The country club I work for requires us to request for caddie jobs and then it is posted on the website on weather we got one or not. I dreamed one night that I would carry something heavy on may back, and the next day I was called up to caddie even though I didn't get assigned a job.

Maybe these, and other small elements, are just coincidences, but I think I might be able to see the future though my dreams sometimes, but I never know I did until it happens.

My life just gets weirder and weirder. Later.

After many hours of going back and forth between blog posts, videos on multiple sites, and html editing, I have neerly finished my "site" for my videos. I know I still have work to do, but I made the decision to open it up for beta testing. Click here to go to the home page-> Home.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone. It's 2011 and 2010 is gone. Last year some good things happened, like getting a blog, getting a Metacafe, and a swagbucks account. We got horrible things unfortunately like Unnatural History, Tower Prep, other CN Real shows, and many other bad things. Hopefully good will happen in 2011. On the subject of things to come, I don't know how many videos I'll be making this year since I have college and summer jobs to worry about. I do hope to make videos though.

On New Years Eve I went to a party with a group of family friends that have been doing it for years. Unfortunately my good friend didn't come this year, so it wasn't as fun. He brings Rock Band and we'll have like everyone play, and it is on our hosts big hd tv. I tried to make it work with guitar hero 1-3, rock the 80's, and DDR, but I was the only one that ended up playing. I had fun but I wore myself out with DDR. I saw the Wings and Pistons game and they both lost. I watched the time square New Years coverage until 12:10 or so. It was weird watching Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the block since they were popular when I was 5 and now I'm 17. Everyone at the party gathered around the tv to watch the ball drop. It was a fun night.
