Merry Christmas

Hey everyone, it's Christmas and here is a snapshot of my Christmas. Every year I go over to my grandparents we exchange some gifts then and there. This year my parents and aunt got my grandpa a new HD TV. It's a nice 32 inch Visio. Far better than the fuzzy 27 inch Zenith he had. Being the tech master of my family, I was the one who connected everything. I like doing it though. Me, I got a sonic the hedgehog DVD, an adventures of sonic the hedgehog DVD, sonic colors for ds, a commemorative $2 bill, a star $100 bill, and some other things. It was fun.

My whole family had fun coming up with a creative way of giving my grandpa the TV. We decided on giving him boxes with small gifts in them and a slip of paper saying we made many donations in his name to phony charities. They had names whose acronyms spell "sap," "crap," and "shitty" all that give hints that we got him a TV. He thought the charities were real and that we really made donations in his name to them. My dad and I were laughing hysterically. Once he got to the final box, my dad, my brother, and I went out to the van to get the TV. He was so happy.

Now on to Christmas day.

I woke up and saw my gifts under the tree as seen here.

The exact order I opened in I don't remember and all my gifts aren't in these photos, but here is what I got on digital film.

The Green Lantern first flight, Mr. Bean's Holiday, Batman Under the Red Hood, and Superman Doomsday.

Super Mario Sleep Pants

DSiXL Bundle from Costco

A Fuzzy Dice Game and a new hat from My Coke Rewards.

Gobstoppers and Batman and Superman Public Enemies.

And here is all that I unwrapped. I also got an electric blanket, candy, and a watch key chain.
That's all I have interesting gift wise. Now on to other interesting stories.
Every year for the past couple of years, my family hosts Christmas dinner at our house. That always involves cleaning up. Our TV room is always a mess and it is high traffic. And just add new electronics to the mix. It is a mess and still is. But this year, it was at a family friend's house. That means I didn't have to clean up!!!!!!!! I was so happy at that.
On Christmas eve, my family went to 10:00pm mass. Our church doesn't do midnight mass. After the fun I had earlier that day, I had some trouble fighting the tiredness. But after doing the sign of the cross over my eyes, I just had some trouble mentally. My eyes stayed open and I got the spiritual part all right. It was the first time we tried that and we don't think we will do it again. We all had some allergy trouble with the incense as well. Luckily, my mom and brother were awake enough to get us home since my dad and I were both fighting sleep.
My family is also really big on the religion part of Christmas. We had somewhere between 10 and 20 nativities. They are also all unique. We have multiple nativity ornaments, a nativity window light, a play mobile nativity, and many others. It's good to not get to commercial and remember the birth of our savior Jesus. But don't think we don't have Santa's, because we do. We have a Santa's workshop, a Santa delivering presents, a Santa's sleigh, stockings over our chimney, and others.
We actually have this motion sensitive tree that sings abridged versions of jingle bells and Santa clause is coming to town. We got it many years ago when my brother and I were 7 and 5 I think and we loved it. We drove our parents nuts with it. And once we set it up in front of the door, and when my dad walked in, he was so startled. I guess we set it up and forgot about it, so when he walked in late at night and in complete darkness, it must be really scary to hear "merry Christmas everybody" with blinking, light-up, green eyes. Ah memories.
A semi tradition in my family is we watch "A Christmas Story" on TBS during their 24 hour marathon. I love that movie especially "I triple dog dare you." We never watch the entire movie in one sitting, typically it's over multiple showings since it is shown 12 times.
That's all for now. Later.

We are getting a website sort-of

Salut everyone. Pokematic here with some cool news.
Ya know how we post to 3 different video sites and they aren't all that organized? Well, if you didn't notice, they are and we do. But one of us had the great idea of geetting a website. All of us think we came up with the idea first and we will never know who thought of it first.

Anyways, we created a new blog that we will run similar to a personal site to organize videos. We have been working hard for the past few day on this project. We created a "home page" post with links to the "individual video" posts. It is curently in the works and is lots of work. This will be verry profesional looking. Hopefully.

This is separate from this blog but will run similar to the early days of this blog. We will not forget about this since we have many stories that will not be video worthy or make much sence as a video.

I hope to get it done by the time Christmas comes along. Consider it our gift to you this year.

Au-revoir.
PS: Salut is hi and Au-revoir is bye in French.
